World Fusion Restaurant

Half way down LinnÃ©gatan in Gothenburg, you’ll find the Lotus Bar, which serves crossover food inspired by Asian cuisine. For example, choose between stir-fried vegetables with rice noodles and hot chilli sauce; fillet of salmon baked with sesame and served with vegetables and teriyaki; or turbot fried in butter and served with mango and honeydew melon tossed in olive oil and a ginger sauce.
