Hos Pelle is a bistro with a personal touch, which serves carefully prepared dishes of the highest class. It serves classic Swedish dishes such as: boiled salted brisket of beef with horseradish sauce; fried bacon with onion sauce; roast veal with sherry and cream sauce; and fried herring with puréed potato. Hos Pelle also has a wine bar and a separate dining room with a more modest menu, where you can enjoy a drink and hang out in small or large parties.
