Japanese cuisine turns food into an art form, almost more sculpture than cooking.

Traditionally one thinks of Sushi but this is only one of many Japanese foods.

Rice dishes include Kare Raisu, Domburi, Onigiri (rice balls) and Kayu. Noodle dishes include Udon, Ramen, Somen, Yakisoba and Soba. Other dishes include meat, soya, Yoshoku (western food Japan style), Tsukemono (Japanese pickles) and Gyoza.
