Overlooking the waterfront at Cardiff Bay, Tides Bar and Grill is an airy, stylish restaurant on the ground floor of the striking five-star St. David’s Hotel. Food is a chic, modern take on British staples, with plenty of local flavour from dishes such as Welsh black beef medallion with tiger prawn tails,
new potatoes and pak choy. The adjoining terrace affords sweeping views in the summer months. Afternoon tea is served daily.
