Sjögräs offers an entirely unique range of rums as well as its fine food with international influences and pleasant, cosy atmosphere. You can choose between dishes from the à la carte menu, or from the blackboard, where the dishes change regularly. There’s always a traditional dish of the day, a tip of the day and a vegetarian dish of the day. The à la carte menu features whitefish roe on toast with onion and sour cream; seared tunafish with coriander, green chilli and ceviche; and grilled char with artichokes, brandade and beurre blanc.
