The Seehotel Wassermann overlooks the Chiemsee. The restaurant is popular with hotel guests, locals and tourists who enjoy the restaurant’s hearty Bavarian cuisine. Dishes include fillet of beef, fresh fish such as whitefish from the Chiemsee served with boiled potatoes. The Wassermann also caters for raw food and special diets. There is also an excellent selection of wine and beer. The tables are beautifully laid in white and the service is fast and friendly. Wooden furnishings, a coffered ceiling, candlelight, a large window frontage overlooking the lake and light furniture create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
