Sargantana Restaurant is located on the left side of River Turia. With only 11 tables, this intimate restaurant can ensure a personal service, whilst demonstrating a true love for gastronomy. Following a thorough reform undertaken by Jerez Poquet, Sargantana has created a warm and pleasant venue designed to inspire a modern and relaxing atmosphere, where you can enjoy the pleasure of eating good food in good company. Wine tasting in Valencia is one of Sargantana’s specialities, and can be enjoyed either in the restaurant or elsewhere. Additionally, you can enjoy the tasting menu, offering five wines and five different dishes, taking you on a journey through its cuisine and its wine cellar. Sargantana Restaurant also offers a unique setting for a business presentation or a family gathering.
