Mr and Mrs Fauviaux only use seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs from their garden. Their menu clearly displays their preference for fish and shellfish. Their real specialty, however, is carpaccio of foie gras. The high ceilings of this old mansion, the impressive windows and the view of the garden create an atmosphere of relaxation and well-being. The magnificent imperial-style chairs add a touch of aristocracy to the establishment.
