This restaurant is really very exquisite! When it comes to the business menu, the Ruhrpott or the Gabelbissen buffet (for large gatherings), you are spoiled for choice. The food and the wine are first rate. The staff are attractive and helpful. The four-star hotel also has a traditional American bar which is popular with business people, hotel guests and yuppies. The bar has a happy hour on Wednesdays offering fabulously fresh cocktails at half price. If you are stopping for a coffee, why not treat yourself to a cake, a pastry or an ice-cream? Look out for the live cooking station where you will see a range of Asian dishes being prepared.
