The Norfolk Riddle focuses on British cuisine, made using local, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Perched close to the stunning North Norfolk coastline, The Norfolk Riddle makes use of meat from the farm shop butchery, and game from the Walsingham Estate Shoot. In keeping with its local ethos, the restaurant is named after the riddles used to sort potatoes, a key local crop.
