Leijontornet is one of Sweden’s leading restaurants with a specifically organic approach. It has developed authentic Nordic flavours over a number of years and strives to serve them in innovative ways. Choose between dishes such as pine fried cod with roasted chickpea puré, terrine of smoked spider crab, chive juice, apple juice sauce and kohlrabi cooked in butter; and venison steak fried in herbs with brown beans in calf’s foot jelly, black pudding, puréed rosehip and sugar beets roasted in hazelnuts. The restaurant’s motto is “Innovative Nordic fine dining”. You’ll find Leijontornet in the same building as the five star Victory Hotel and Victory conference centre.
