Contemporary Swissness is the essence of “le chalet”. Individual service and a personal touch is the focus and the chefs work consistently using the best of sustainable Swiss produce. Wherever possible, le chalet sources the food from local & regional suppliers and choose products that meet the quality standards. Overleaf it provides additional information about the suppliers and products. Our new dÃ©cor is designed to enhance that comfortable cozy chalet ambience. Le chalet has used predominantly Swiss materials including the modern fireplace made from Onsernone granite from the Tessin region as are the slate chargers which are handmade in Switzerland.
