The restaurant of the Hotel Sachsenroß has a long-standing tradition and works by the motto: “First the guest, then the rest, and then us!” In the kitchen, only high quality German meat, game and farm produce from their own plot or from the local region are used and prepared. Moreover, outside you are able to enjoy warm days on the beautiful terrace with a large parasol, and the setting is ideal for those who wish to embark on a biking excursion in the untouched surrounding countryside, which hosts a vast number of well-signposted cycle paths.
