The Grand’s dining room is classical in every respect, with linen tablecloths, folded napkins and high ceilings. The kitchen prepares a number of famous dishes, with local SkÃ¥ne cuisine and traditional Swedish home cooking their specialities. Seasonal delicacies and variations are a large feature of the menu: early summer’s asparagus season, crayfish in August, shellfish in September and, of course, goose in November. Game is also one of the joys of Autumn and the magnificent traditional Christmas buffet is served from the first Sunday of Advent.
