The Taxacherhof Hotel is situated right in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, only a few kilometres from Kitzbühel. The hotel, which is run by the Taxacher family, incorporates the “Rosengarten Gourmet Restaurant”. Young Simon Taxacher has turned its kitchen into nothing short of an artist’s studio, a haven of creativity, constantly striving to improve the enjoyment of its guests. A window offers guests a view of Simon Taxacher’s new and larger kitchen for the first time. Cookery courses are being organised to bring people who cook for pleasure into closer contact with his French-Mediterranean kitchen line.
