The restaurant’s specialities include delicacies from Jämtland and other parts of northern Sweden such as char, rainbow salmon, whitefish roe, souvas (thinly sliced reindeer), smoked whitefish, reindeer sausage, goat’s milk brie and lamb pastrami. There’s also a cooked meats buffet with a selection of hams, sausages, pâtés and pickled vegetables.
