There is also a variety of finely spiced meat and vegetables cooked in a cast-iron pan, with various side dishes and tortillas for you to fill. The churros (crispy shortbread biscuits served with hot chocolate sauce) make a popular dessert.

The Enchilada is also known for its extensive selection of cocktails. It has a happy hour every day until 8pm. The catering service can organise events such as the Fiesta Mexicana and the American Party.
