El Pederniz, with its friendly atmosphere and personal service, is located close to the Norte de Valencia station. The long wine list has around 100 different labels from various Spanish and foreign regions to accompany the seasonal menu that includes tapas from northern Spain as well as specialities such as baby vegetables, Irish beef, red tuna, salmon-basse and the renowned quail stuffed with foie gras.
