Galician Restaurant

Café Varela is part of Hotel Preciados, located in an historic building from 1881 that has been refurbished, in Calle Preciados in central Madrid. Decorated in a smart and elegant style, it offers traditional Galician cuisine with Madrid influences - most notably traditional Madrid cocido. There are various rooms available for all types of celebrations and there is a tasting menu, a food and wine pairing menu, a daily set menu and special menus for groups. Typical dishes include salt cod, Galician style octopus or wet rice with lobster.
