It offers a 3 course meal for 32 EUR, a 4 course meal for 37 EUR and a 5 course meal for 42 EUR. Regional dishes include “Schwabenpfännle” ? fillet of pork on Serviettenknödel (?napkin dumplings?), roast onions on cheese spaetzle and homemade Maultaschen (a type of ravioli with a meat and spinach filling). The restaurant is involved in the Landzunge campaign championing the best the region has to offer.
