Truffles Restaurant & Bistro in Bruton has recently reopened under new family ownership. It is operating as an authentic French themed Bistro and the good value lunch menu at £9.95 for two courses features typical dishes such as moules frites, boeuf bourgignon, boudin noirs and salade nicoise. Vegetarians are well catered for as the chef uses meat-free stocks for soups and can also cater for gluten free meals. Dinners feature innovative a la carte dishes with fresh fish supplies from Dorset and Cornwall and local suppliers for meat, game and vegetables.
