Farm Cottage accommodation and Tea Rooms, serving Staffordshire Oatcakes, on the south-western edge of the Peak District National Park at Upper Hulme, Leek. Breathtaking views at 300m above sea level over much of the Cheshire Plain and stretching as far as Snowdon in Wales, in clear conditions!

Whilst Alton Towers is just 30 minutes’ drive away, The Roaches and Tittesworth reservoir are on the doorstep. Tittesworth offers a brilliant adventure area for children and fishing for all, whilst there are a large number of walks and climbing activities on and around The Roaches.

There are many other attractions and places to visit within a few miles by car! Some of these attractions include both the Churnet Valley & Foxfield Railways, The Potteries with its Bone China Factory Tours and Outlets including Royal Doulton, Aynsley, Spode & Wedgwood. The Spa town of Buxton, Carsington Water, and the beautiful valleys of both Dovedale and the Manifold are also close by.

Alternatively you may just like to relax in a tranquil setting within this hidden gem of a county.

Opening Times
The Tea Rooms are Open Seven Days a week, 9am till 5.00pm and 4.00pm in the Winter months, and are happy to cater for any number of people. Please feel free to call and reserve tables, especially if you are part of a larger group or for Sunday Lunches.
