Da Maurizio Ristorante - Vinobar in the centre of Stuttgart serves traditional Italian cuisine. The menu offers fresh fish, rosemary flavoured lamb cooked in a wood oven, carpaccio sourced from the finest beef and octopus served with vitello tonnato. The pasta dishes are utterly irresistible. The creativity of the chefs knows no bounds. Dishes are served in a hollowed out parmesan wheel, or as they are with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil, or ravioli stuffed with lobster or freshly shredded white truffle.
