Kock & Vin is a gourmet restaurant dedicated to re-inventing Swedish cuisine. The basic philosophy is to first and foremost use locally produced ingredients. The menu includes dishes such as: smoked eel and pata negra terrine with beetroot royale and cucumber pickled in chilli; reindeer steak with gravy of smoked reindeer heart, porcini cooked in cream and potato and parsley gnocchi; and slow baked monkfish with brandade of lobster, crab and almond potato served with red onion gravy.
