Open for lunch and dinner, as well as offering a set dinner menu for the major shows, the lunch menu features a range of appetizers, entrees and a choice of nine salads, as well as six hot and cold sandwiches. Meanwhile the dinner menu includes classic dishes such as Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters Rockefeller, Filet Mignon and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. Signature entrees such as The Carlyle Cowboy Steak, a 22oz Bone in Rib Eye Steak with Jack Daniel Chive Butter and Firecracker Onions are also popular. Daily lunchtime entertainment features piano performances, while evening entertainment ranges from three-piece jazz ensembles to national headliners.
