Downstairs in the Castle Hotel in Taunton, you will find the bright and bustling Brazz brasserie, restaurant and bar, popular with Taunton locals and families, as well as ideal for parties and a rich Sunday lunch. The spacious restaurant is awash with colourful fish tanks and a starry ceiling dome, complete with roof light. The buzzing daytime crowd gives way to evening gatherings, while the open kitchen serves straightforward brasserie classics such as fillet steak with hand-cut chips and fishcakes with creamed leeks.
