Since 1318, this old Sion Brauhaus has been a traditional sight in Cologne, residing in an old building located in the Altstadt and serving Kölsch beer and typical Brauhaus kitchen fare to its guests. The Sion kitchen is especially known for traditional dishes like Rievkooche (fried rasped potatoes with apple sauce) or sausages.
