Offering premium French cuisine in the name of the legendary food writer, Xavier Boulestin, Boulestin is an elegant restaurant near to Victoria. Boasting all the hallmarks of French cuisine, there are strong cheeses, rare meats and delicate desserts. Exemplar main meals include whole quails with lentils and roast pigeon with ceps, bacon and cabbage. There is also an expertly-selected wine list to complement all the diverse flavours on offer. Paying homage to old-world French elegance, Boulestin has large, ornate windows, numerous mirrors and smooth whites and creams to aid the luxurious atmosphere.
