Teatergrillen has one of Sweden’s best preserved restaurant interiors, which is largely unchanged since 1968. You’re met with dÃ©cor which has both modern and romantic features. Teatergrillen is popular with connoisseurs who come to enjoy classic delights with both French and Swedish inspiration such as: ecaille d’argent oyster; seasoned lightly smoked salmon with home made pickles and citroncrÃ¨me; and reindeer steak with morel cooked in cream, croquettes and port wine sauce.
