This is a classic brasserie which attracts a mixed crowd for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The kitchen turns its hand to everything from traditional Swedish home cooking to the best of French cuisine. The menu features dishes such as: fillet of reindeer with potato fried in herbs and breadcrumbs, Brussels sprouts glazed in chipotle, red onion and mint jelly and griottine sauce; grilled pike perch with spinach cannelloni, confit of cocktail tomatoes, trout roe and pernod sauce; and warm white peaches for dessert. For several years, Grodan Grev Ture has been hosting the Cocktail Club, a busy and popular nightclub with international house DJs.
