There’s constant activity at Stockholm’s T/Bar restaurant from morning to night. The bar, which adjoins the Hotel Diplomat, is a meeting place for young and old alike. You can pop in and enjoy the generous breakfast buffet, eat a classic Swedish lunch, or have a drink in the bar after work. For dinner, you can choose between dishes such as risotto of mixed mushrooms and spinach, seasoned with truffle oil; and Swedish fillet of beef fried in pepper and served with hasselback potatoes. Before or after dinner, you can enjoy a drink in the restaurant’s cocktail bar or lounge.
