Bergström and Brøgger are the two Jacobs behind this local restaurant. These two restaurateurs are inspired by Sweden’s neighbours, Denmark, and by the best of French cuisine. Jacobs is located in the heart of Stockholm’s Östermalm district and has a friendly atmosphere and fine food such as: Danish open sandwich with herring, egg, red onion and dill mayonnaise; bouillabaisse with rouille and croutons; and cod provençale with truffle tapenade and lobster sauce.
