The Walhalla is a smoke free restaurant in the centre of St Gallen. It is part of the Best Western Hotel Walhalla which has a choice of two different restaurants. The other restaurant serves regional dishes and beer by the glass and has an unpretentious feel to it. The Walhalla is an Italian restaurant offering specialities from Tuscany (using nuns’ recipes), authentic Italian service and a Mediterranean feel. The menu includes traditional pizza, pasta and fish dishes, specialities from Grandma’s recipe book, grilled meat, lobster soup, exquisite dishes and homemade Italian panettone. The restaurant always uses high-quality locally sourced natural ingredients.
