He prepares the meals using local ingredients. The game therefore comes from what has been caught locally and the fish is sourced from local waters. The cuisine has already won several international awards. The staff are conscientious and are expert at serving fine wines. The restaurant is a wonderful venue for celebrations and meetings. It has three seminar rooms and is very well equipped in terms of conference technology.
