The Lisette is a gourmet restaurant at the Bornmühle Hotel in Gross Nemerow which is situated in the Mecklenburg lake district. It has an English-style conservatory and a terrace overlooking the old trees by the nearby lake. The Lisette boasts leading young chef Torsten Räth who has already won national awards for his cuisine. Herr Räth and his team serve regional and seasonal fish and game. The fish comes from local waters and the game from the surrounding countryside. The Lisette also offers exquisite international and Mediterranean-style delicacies, low fat, vegetarian and quality meals, fancy desserts and fine wines. An exceptional choice of meals for diabetics is also on the menu - specially prepared by Herr Räth.
