Las Tres Manolas is tucked away in a delightful corner of the Spanish capital in the heart of Madrid’s oldest quarter - the “Madrid de los Austrias” - just a stone’s throw from the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and Madrid opera house.

Las Tres Manolas offers dishes from northern Spain and you will find a fusion of the traditional and the creative, with specialities such as courgettes stuffed with beef cheek and wild mushrooms, confit of suckling pig with a ginger fruit compote, or the house bruschetta with chocolate soup, all accompanied by a carefully selected wine list.
