Brasserie Elverket (The Power Station) is housed in a former power station and shares the building with a theatre of the same name. The kitchen prepares gourmet food such as: grilled tenderised entrecote with alder smoked garlic butter, preserved tomato and vegetable roll; poached long flounder with mussels, spinach, lobster hollandaise and boiled potato; and grilled gambas, chilli linguini, Roquefort, cream and white wine. The restaurant welcomes large parties and is always prepared for birthday parties or business events. Just ring in plenty of time to get a menu suggestion.
