GQ stands for Gastronomic Intelligence and is a restaurant with a high level of ambition. GQ believes that there should be higher demands for information about restaurants’ suppliers and their philosophy. GQ’s menu consists of gourmet dishes from the Mediterranean, for example GQ’s duck liver terrine and confit of duck with an apple, thyme and hazelnut salad and apple puré; fried sweetbreads with butternut squash and caramelised savoy cabbage; and mouth-watering desserts such as millefeuille pastry with calvado cream and apple jelly and apple sorbet. GQ ensures that their dishes are accompanied by the perfect wine in order to complete a gourmet meal of the highest class.
