In the kitchen, only fresh ingredients from the local region are used and the beer originates from the local Bavarian brewery Weihenstephan in Freising. The set menu offers surprises, such as: Weihenstephaner Brew House goulash, made from Bavarian Ox-neck with red cabbage and dumpling and salad; pink, diced and fried Wiesen lamb with rosemary, braised vegetables and country potatoes; or caramelized vanilla cream. The daily menu, like the culinary themed weeks make for additional change. The excellent ambience in the vaulted cellar of the Weihenstephaner Schlierse, and the relaxed atmosphere add to the enjoyment and entice you to linger a little while longer.
