At Ulriksdals Wärdshus, you can enjoy classic Swedish cuisine in a charming, historic milieu. The actual inn has a history going back to the 17th century and is located in the grounds of Ulriksdal Castle in Edsviken just outside Stockholm. The menu includes, for example, duck liver terrine with pear and cardamom; venison with quince and mushroom; char with dill and caviar; turbot with butter and horseradish; and seasoned reindeer calf with glazed root vegetables and juniper berry sauce.
