Newly opened in spring 2012, the fish restaurant distinguishes itself with its wide range of high quality seasonal fish and sea food. For the most part Gerhard Schwaiger and his kitchen team will cook “à la plancha” (grilled) as this gives the fish and sea foods an outstanding and unforgettable taste. In typical Spanish style there will be market fresh sea products, fish served in one piece and Paella à la Schwaiger.The restaurant lies in an oasis of palms with a view onto the harbour of Puerto Portals. Ambience, service and cuisine are so perfectly coordinated that each visit will be a great culinary experience.
