The menu offers some pasta dishes, but stays well clear of the stereotypical pizzeria. The menu is not big, but it is colourful and full of surprises, including fillet of venison, guinea fowl and ostrich. The restaurant regularly holds Tuscan evenings giving you a (culinary) taste of easy-going Italian lifestyle. The Trattoria Toscana runs a cookery school which is ideal for ambitious amateur cooks. Courses can be booked on request for groups of 12 to 16 people.
