Sushi InSu is a cosy Japanese sushi restaurant located in Pogestræde in the centre of Odense, Denmark’s fourth largest city. The menu offers traditional sushi variations such as tataki, ura maki, nigiri and sashimi, all prepared from fresh organic produce. The house specialty, the Sashimi Collection, comes particularly recommended. The restaurant’s bright and spacious rooms are inviting and comfortable, but Sushi Insu also offers take-away service if required.
