Saint Luke welcomes you (in stained glass form) as you walk up the staircase. Serving high-end cuisine with a twist, head chef Gavin Lambert creates a rotating food menu based on cookbooks. With bookmarks denoting each course, each recipe uses seasonal, local produce, and is carefully paired with a matching wine.
