Tailored to the design, literary and theatre worlds, St. Luke’s Kitchen plays host to imaginative food pop-ups. Patron saint of artists, bookbinders, brewers, butchers and stained glass makers. Saint Luke welcomes you (in stained glass form) as you walk up the staircase. Serving high-end cuisine with a twist, head chef Gavin Lambert creates a rotating food menu based on cookbooks. With bookmarks denoting each course, each recipe uses seasonal, local produce, and is carefully paired with a matching wine.
