Restaurant Stadshuskällaren has opened with the influence of legendary architect Jonas Bohlin. Andreas Hedlund, Chef of the Year in 2002, puts Stadshuskällaren on the gastronomic map. Stadshuskällaren offers à la carte for lunch and dinner, with the emphasis on Swedish fish and game, regionally produced vegetables, berries and mushrooms. In the Linnaeus dining banquet hall, guests can choose from any of the banquet menus, as well as Nobel menus for larger groups.
