Swedish Restaurant

Restaurang Smaka serves traditional Swedish home cooking in original surroundings. The menu is compiled by experienced chefs and includes both Swedish classics and creative innovations. How about whitefish roe on toast with the classic trimmings; burger Ã la Wallenberg with melted butter, garden peas and lingonberry; pollock fried in bread crumbs with herbs, mussel broth and potato; or Smaka’s own fish gratin? Of course, there are a number of delightful desserts to round off the meal with, for example: cranberry parfait with toffee thins and warm toffee sauce.
