The Wildbad estate in Wemding can almost be regarded as a small village in itself, and is home to the Seebauer Hotel which offers fine dining and conference facilities. The cuisine prepared for guests by the Seebauer family ranges from simple Bavarian food through to unforgettable medieval-style feasts. The menu features a whole variety of roasts and fancy hors d’oeuvres. The mediaeval feast is just perfect for parties, with 5 to 7 course menus served up in traditional mediaeval style, accompanied by mead and traditional minnesongs. Brunch is served here on the first Sunday of the month with a choice of Frankish and Bavarian specialities. A number of meeting rooms with conferencing facilities are available for corporate functions, with space for up to 200 guests. It is also the ideal location for private functions including weddings and christenings.
