The Schwabinger Wassermann in Munich sees the chef Jürgen Luschnik conjure up a modern selection of Bavarian and international cuisine. A substantial selection of dishes include the famous Wassermann Schnitzel with Pommes (Schnitzel with French fries) and venison medallions served on savoy cabbage and Birnengemüse with bacon, celery puree and cranberry cassis juice. In the morning, there is a varied selection of 12 delicious breakfast dishes based on the signs of the Zodiac, as well as the traditional Bavarian Weißwurst (veal sausage) breakfast. All breakfast dishes are served with aromatic coffees, prepared by expert baristas.
