Ristorante Salvatore is located in Valkendorfsgade, just around the corner from Gråbrødre Torv in central Copenhagen. The menu is Italian with a strong flavour of Sardinia. It includes specialities such as spaghetti with sea urchins, roast suckling pig and gnochetti sardi, as well as Italian classics such as caprese, filetto and tiramisu. The restaurant imports its own cheese, wine and olive oil from Sardinia, and the interior is relaxed and romantic, with the large fireplace at one end of the restaurant room contributing to the atmosphere.
