The Rest’o Palm is in the Parisian suburb of Montmorency not far from the well known Lucien Barrière Casino and the thermal baths at Enghien les Bains. This is a cosy restaurant with a menu of healthy dishes that will tempt your taste buds. The cuisine is centred around creating harmony between flavours and tries to mix western and eastern styles of cookery. The menu has lots of surprises inspired by the French gastronomic tradition and more recent influences. Try a 65gr sea urchin served with blinis for starters followed by duck with onion preserve or giant prawns with a parsley sauce. The Rest’o Palm also has a pleasant terrace open until 10pm.
